Visiting your first attraction activates your card. Then, you’ll have 30 days to use your pass. Does a New York Explorer Pass expire? You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. After activated, you’ll have 30 days to use your pass. How will I receive my card? When your order is complete you will receive an email with printable and Smartphone version of your New York Explorer Pass.
